You can have exclusive
use of Hemlock Point Lodge, the 100 plus acre property,
and the lake any time throughout the year on a weekly
basis.
Our first choice is to rent for the
week. Weekends
are only offered two weeks prior to the date if it
is not already booked for the week.

Low weeks – March 15 to May 21+/-; 2nd week, Sept to 3rd week, Nov.

Holiday Rates

CANCELLATION POLICY: Most reservations
are made months in advance, therefore, it is difficult
to re-book a cancellation or make changes in guest
plans. If your reservation is within 30 days
of your intended stay a 100% non-refundable deposit
(plus security deposit) will be required. Prior
to 30 days a 50% non-refundable deposit is required
to hold a reservation. Early departures or cancellations
within 30 days will be charged the full amount of the
reservation regardless of the reason. If we can
re-book the Lodge for the same period you will receive
a full refund less a $100.00 administration fee.
We reserve the right to cancel your
booking if a deposit is not received and you do not
sign and return the rental agreement within 48 hours
of the booking. You may fax or email the signed

can not hold dates without a deposit.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
We will email you to remind you to make the final payment 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will not be issued a security code until full payment is received..
A security deposit of $1,000.00 is
required and will be refunded if there is no damage. Damage
in excessive of the deposit will be charged to your
credit card. Long distance phone calls will be deducted from your security deposit. It will take about a month to get your deposit as we have to wait for the phone bill.
Included in the rental fee is normal
cleaning at the end of your stay. If an excessive
mess is left or you do not perform the required post stay tasks an additional cleaning fee will be deducted
from the security deposit. If you desire intermediate
cleaning or linen changes, this can be arranged for
an additional fee of $150.00 per cleaning.
The Owners of Hemlock Point Lodge
are not responsible for any accidents you, your guests,
or members of your group may have on the property or
in the Lodge. If you have an accident, your own insurance
will have to cover any expenses for emergency room, ambulance,
doctors, or hospitals. There are natural and inherent
risks in using this lodge and property that are understood
by the renter.
Check-in
time is Sunday 5:00 pm. Check out time is 10:00 am.
